Salus has been commissioned by NHS Kent and Medway to deliver the Kent Children and Young People’s Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Therapeutic Alliance (KTA). The Alliance brings together a range of established partners to provide evidence-based, effective, and innovative support for children and young people in Kent with moderate emotional wellbeing and mental health needs. We are now recruiting a team to bring this exciting new service to life.

Salus have been commissioned by both NHS Kent and Medway and Kent County Council to support children and young people (CYP) aged 4-19 years who have mild to moderate emotional well-being needs.

You will provide clinical oversight, consultation, and reflective supervision to the team, ensuring that practice is trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate, and aligned with national guidance. You will also contribute to workforce development, training, audit, and service improvement initiatives, helping to maintain a culture of excellence, learning, and professional growth across the service.
