A restorative justice approach is a dynamic and exciting concept dealing with conflict at all levels, and is currently being used in communities, schools, care homes, foster home, police service, prisons and youth offending services to great effect.
A range of training opportunities are available, including twilight sessions (1.5 hours, Kent only), 1 Day and 3 Day training, as well as bespoke training to meet the needs of the setting. This includes training for staff, governors, midday meal supervisors, as well as children and young people.
Salus has been delivering Restorative Approaches training across the UK for over 10 years and is a Registered Training Provider with the Restorative Justice Council (RJC). The 3 Day Skills-based Practitioner training course has also achieved additional recognition as a Registered Approved Course (Foundation level).
