To achieve this, we have been delivering high quality, high-impact services for children, young people, families, schools, communities and other practitioners for over 30 years and are leading experts in our field.
Salus has worked in partnership with Canterbury Christ Church University to develop a framework for evaluating services; this has been rated as outstanding by the UK’s Innovation Agency. This enables us to robustly evidence that our services make a measurable difference.
We believe the people we support should have the biggest say in what we do and how we do it. We call this participation and we ensure this embedded across everything we do.
We ensure the people that use our services can tell us what they think about what we offer or how it should look in the future; they can influence decisions that are taken and review all the information to see if the things we are doing are working.
We don’t only do this because it is the ‘right thing to do’, we do it because we believe the people we support are best placed to tell us how to keep improving.
