What is this service?
Salus youth clubs offer children and young people a safe and inviting place to build friendships, seek support, learn new skills and have fun.
Who is it for?
Young people aged between 8 to 19 years – this is broken into age range groups for example 8yrs – 12yrs and 12yrs to 18yrs. These will vary depending on the area you are in. Anyone can join.
What does it offer?
Our youth work aims to create a fun place for young people, led by young people, our service is underpinned by a clear set of values, such as:
Young people choosing to take part, they aren’t referred. This way any young person can take part.
Young people’s views of the world decide what happens at youth club.
Everyone is treated with tolerance and respect.
Young people are given the opportunity to develop their skills and learn new ones.
Youth club is a place to build friendships and make new friends.
We work with young people to give them a say in their community.

The youth service operates in Maidstone, Folkestone and Hythe, Tonbridge and Malling and Tunbridge Wells.
