Salus has recently been asked to deliver a community resolution service by Thanet District Council and local partners. This initiative will aim to apply restorative approaches to help resolve neighbourhood disputes and rebuild relationships within the community.

We are now looking for volunteers who can support us in this work. If you have excellent communication skills, are interested in Restorative Approaches and would like to broaden your experience by participating in this challenging yet rewarding work, we would like to hear from you!

Full training, support and supervision will be provided to suitable candidates. Training will take place in January 2016.
